TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern all wholesale orders placed with MKS Coffee (“we”, “us”, “our”) by business customers (“you”, “your”) within the United Kingdom for the supply of Yemeni coffee products.
1. Business Customers Only

Orders are accepted from registered businesses, retailers, cafés, restaurants, or distributors purchasing for commercial use only.

2. Products and Availability

We supply 100% authentic Yemeni coffee in whole bean and ground formats. All products are subject to stock availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the quoted price.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch, except where a credit account has been approved.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer and card payments. Credit terms available on application.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The MOQ is 50kg per order unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland and Scotland, via tracked courier.
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on order size and destination.
  • Orders are dispatched within 10-15 days after payment confirmation.
  • Risk transfers to you on delivery. Please inspect goods promptly and report any issues.

6. Returns and Faulty Goods

Returns accepted only for faulty or damaged products reported within 48 hours of receipt.

We may request photographic evidence before authorising returns.

Non-faulty coffee products are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

7. Ownership of Goods

Ownership remains with MKS Coffee until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to reclaim goods if payment is overdue.

8. Private Labelling and Custom Orders

  • Private labelling services are available with minimum order requirements.
  • Custom orders must be agreed in writing.
  • Custom labelled products are non-returnable unless faulty.

9. Brand Usage

Resellers must not alter branding or misrepresent the product origin. Marketing materials can be provided on request.

10. Limitation of Liability

MKS Coffee’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport issues.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
