Payment Terms
Orders require 50% upfront on confirmation and 50% before delivery. We accept bank transfer for wholesale orders. All amounts are quoted in the currency stated on your invoice.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the batch and the issue raised. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and the batch reference.
Delivery
Standard wholesale orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs, duties, and import clearance are handled by MKS Coffee to your stated delivery address.
Custom Orders
Custom roasts and private-label orders are subject to written confirmation, sample approval, and a minimum order quantity of 100 kg. Lead times will be confirmed at the point of order.
Liability
MKS Coffee's total liability under any order is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
